Ergonomics for Skilled Trades – Practical Guidelines and Tips

This course is geared toward anyone working within the skilled trades and is delivered in an electronic presentation format. Topics include musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), ideal working heights and postures, working in hot and cold environments, tool selection, and general manual material handling.

  • Raise awareness of common ergonomic issues that are present in work environments.
  • Help workers recognize and minimize the risk factors to which they may be exposed.
